We started in post-construction cleaning, and it is a demanding place to learn a trade. Fine drywall dust gets into everything, new finishes scratch if you handle them carelessly, and a missed window track or dusty vent is exactly what a builder walkthrough finds. Nobody on a construction site pays for hours; they pay for a result that passes an inspection against a written checklist. We kept that model when we started cleaning homes and offices.
Today we cover the full range: residential and commercial cleaning, carpet and upholstery, move-in and move-out, furnace and duct, window cleaning, floor care and pressure washing. Every one of them is quoted against a written scope rather than an hourly guess, because that is the only way you can hold the result to anything.
How we deliver a full service range honestly
We think it is worth being direct about how this works, because plenty of companies are not. Construction and renovation cleaning is done by our own crews. That is our trade and we are not subcontracting it to anyone.
The specialist lines are different. Carpet cleaning is a certified trade with its own equipment and its own way of ruining an expensive floor if you get it wrong. Furnace and duct cleaning requires negative-air source-removal equipment and the certification that goes with it. Rather than buy a machine and claim a competence we have not earned, we place vetted specialist technicians who hold the certification, insurance and WCB coverage their trade requires, and we verify that documentation before anyone is assigned to a job.
What does not change is who you deal with. HH quotes the work, schedules it, and is accountable for the result. One phone number, one invoice, one company to call if something needs putting right.
