Using This Website

By using hhcontracting.ca you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site provides general information about our cleaning services and a way to request a quote.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes given through this website or in conversation are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the site, scope, size or condition differs from what was described. A written, accepted quote forms the agreement for the work. Website information is not an offer that binds us until we confirm it in writing.

Services and Access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the site, working utilities and water where needed, and accurate information about hazards. We may reschedule or decline work we reasonably believe is unsafe.

Cancellations and Re-Cleans

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation or call-out terms will be stated in your written quote. If you are not satisfied with completed work, tell us promptly, ideally within 48 hours, and we will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct it.

Insurance and Liability

We carry commercial liability insurance and WCB coverage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing damage, defects or conditions of a property.
