What cleaning services do you offer?
Residential house cleaning, commercial and office cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, furnace and duct cleaning, window cleaning, floor care and tile and grout, and pressure washing, plus the post-construction and post-renovation cleaning we started in. Everything runs through one contract with HH.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our own crews handle residential, commercial and construction cleaning. Specialist lines such as carpet, and furnace and duct, are delivered by vetted technicians who carry the trade certification and equipment that work requires. We verify their insurance, WCB coverage and certification before they are placed on a job, and HH remains your single point of contact and the company accountable for the result.
How often should I book a recurring clean?
Most households land on every two weeks, which keeps a home level without paying for visits it does not need. Weekly suits busy or larger households and homes with pets; monthly works for smaller homes or where you handle the day-to-day yourself. We usually start with a one-time deep clean to reset the home, then maintain from there.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve all of Calgary, including the NW, NE, SW, SE and downtown core, plus Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere and Strathmore, with no added travel fee inside our core service area. Every service we offer is available across the whole area.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. Offices, retail, clinics, restaurants and warehouses, on nightly, weekly or periodic schedules, serviced after hours by default so nothing interrupts your operation. We carry liability insurance and WCB coverage and issue certificates directly to landlords or property managers. We also work with builders, contractors and developers on construction and fit-out cleaning, with contractor pricing for recurring work.
How fast can you book a clean?
Most jobs are booked within the same week, and we can often turn around urgent move-out or pre-possession cleans within 24 to 48 hours. Contact us with your timeline and we will confirm availability.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and WCB coverage and can provide certificates for commercial sites, along with a site safety orientation when required.
How do you price a job?
By the job, not by the hour, so you get one fixed number and a defined scope. Residential and construction cleans are priced by square footage and condition, carpet by room and stair count, commercial per site after a walkthrough. Share the details and we can quote most jobs the same day.
